I am delighted to announce that my fellow MA Photography students and I will be presenting our photographic works at a Pecha Kucha evening at The Old Market, Brighton & Hove, on Wednesday, May 9th. This event is part of the Brighton Fringe Festival and will be May’s edition of the miniclick talks, Brighton’s monthly photography talks organised by Jim Stephenson.

For the first time I’ll showcase my new work “Up in the Air” – a documentary project on the phenomenon of ” body suspension” that I photographed last December in Phoenix, Arizona. 20 slides à 20 seconds (find out more about the pecha kucha format, the evening details and the participants on Jim Stephenson’s blog -> here)

For just £4/£3 (available here) you’ll get to see 15 people presenting: Alina Linnas, Chloe Lelliott, David Sterry, Heather Shuker,
Kat Williams, Kerry Grainger, Laurie Griffiths,
Mark Purdom, Mitch Karunaratne, Paul Walsh, Taka Murakami, Vanessa Roy and Virgílio Ferreira.
